 Introduction
Do you know the fact that Korea is called “Paradise of abortion?” This is unbelievable. But this is our reality of life. Do you know that how many mothers kill their kid per an hour in the world? According to the result of a study, 40% of total women experience abortion more than once. For every one baby that is born, about two babies are killed by abortion. In number, the 5000 cases of abortion are done per a day. One fetus is dying every 20 seconds in Korea.

Abortion means an artificial termination of pregnancy.
Criminal law prohibits an induced abortion in Korea. In penal law chapter 27 ‘sin of abortion’ clear statements that a person who has an abortion is a fine not exceeding 2000,000 won or sentenced under one year. Person who acts a surgical operation to cause abortion is punished by same the application of a law.
In case of pregnant women’s health getting worse and unborn babies having bad genes, women can abort a baby according to a doctor’s instruction . These cases are legal abortions, and abortions are needed for protecting women’s lives. Many women, however, abort because they do not want to have a baby. These abortions are illegal and inhuman. We opposed abortion that is illegal. In the main subject, we will explain three reasons that we oppose abortion.

 Fetus is a human
According to Pro-choice position, each individual has to have sole control of their own body. However, can an individual make the all-important decision of life by just simply answering yes or no? We will show our support to Pro-life position. Life begins at conception. Life is absolute and precious.
First of all, we need to think the human rights of fetus. Life of fetus is also beautiful and precious in itself. We treat a fetus with a human that have a dignified value from the moment fetus form. Anyone can not violate dignity and right-to-life. Children are the most wonderful gift we have.
In the law, whether fetus is human or not, the fact is judged by the constitution, the highest law. But there is no substantive enactment about such life-right in the constitution. Thus whether or not fetus comes under a category of human, the fact passes a judgment on judicial precedent and theory. In conclusion, both judicial precedent and theory are in accord with “fetus is human” in the Korea.
For example, although abortive fetus is alive, doctor leave alone the fetus and fetus die after all. So he suffers a criminal punishment by the Supreme Court in
