Apple Computer is committed to protecting the environment, health and safety of our employees, customers and the global communities where we operate. Apple strives for continuous improvement in our environmental, health and safety management systems and in the environmental quality of our products, processes and services.

1. Passion
Steve Jobs not only works for more money, he works for accomplishing his dream and for his passion. The driving force behind the Apple Incorporation and Steve Jobs is the work that could impress its customers , the work that could change the world and furthermore the work that could impact the whole universe. The passion of Steve Jobs shows well on Apple's inventory product such as iMac, iPod, iTunes, iPhone, iPad.
2. Culture Dictator
In creating the 'Apple Culture' Steve Jobs did not hesitated to be a dictator. Jobs tried to put more creativity and freeness into Apple's product but interfered with every process with the product. Jobs even banned smoking in the building and prohibited contact with the press. He said he would fire any employee who outflows the internal information. Instead, Jobs provided various activities to enhance the creativity of the workers. He wants his employees to stay unique.
