1. What is public enterprise?
* Definition
Public enterprise means corporate economic entity that all assets owned by the Public and registered according to law.
Public enterprise has both characteristics of profit-making corporate and public corporate as a form of Production and operation organization. The pursuit of profit reflects the preservation and appreciation of public assets. The public interest embodied in the goal for establishment of public enterprises that regulate the economy and achieve the development of all aspects of the national economy.
Public enterprise has both economic goals and goals of social and public. The economic goals that support social and public goals. Public enterprises are monopolies and pillar industries of economic development of such as electronics, automotive, medical, airport.

* Comparison between public and private
Public and private both are pursuing income. That is why they exist. Through this, we can easily notice that they have something in common. However, when it comes to ownership, there are differences between them. Generally speaking, almost all private company owned by people. But, in case of public company usually belongs to government or local services. And private corps focus on make a profit and extend their market while public corps doing social welfare.
