Research question
Because of we young generation all like digital products. And most famous digital product now is Iphone. We also interest in a similar product OMINA2. But when we read news, we find out that Iphone’s sales are much better than OMINA2. If you see their hardware, you will find OMINA2 is better than Iphone. And Samsung is Korean brand. It is seems like OMINA2 is more competitive. We want to find out which one is really good. So we list of some topic and issue.

1. Which point makes Iphone’s user most satisfied?
2. Which point makes OMINA2’ user more satisfied than Iphone’s user?
3. Does gender effect on satisfaction with two smart phones’ user?
4. Does customers’ income have any relationship with user’s satisfaction?
5. Does customers’ age have any relationship with user’s satisfaction?

We get those 5 questions from our discussion. And there is 4 reasons for us to decide use those 5 questions.
1. We what to know why people feel more satisfaction with Iphone. So we think those five questions can help us to get understand the reason.
2. We think if we can get enough information it is easily for us to reach a conclusion.
3. The information what we need are user’s personal data and how phone’s performance satisfy user. Those questions are not too broad or narrow. Because of we can get all of the information from questionnaire.
4. When we get the information from questionnaire. We can use SPSS to analyze it and finally get the answers.

Than we use Brainstorm to range of possible reasons for these 5 questions.
For the first question: a. better application.
b. lower cost of the phone.
c. better design of the phone.
d. better service.
e. better brand’s fame
For the second question: same with the answer of first one.
For the third question: a. application satisfy male.
b. design satisfy female.
c. male pay more attention to brand’s name.
d. better service can get more satisfaction with female.
e. lower cost satisfy female.
For the fourth question: a. higher income make user make user to expect more
b. lower income make user feel more satisfaction with same product.
For the fifth question: a. younger user more satisfaction with phone’s application.
b. older user feel satisfaction with lower cost phone.


Survey design
We design the research in a way that the requisite data can be gathered and analyzed to arrive at solution. We will follow the six basic aspects to design our research. They are the purpose of the study, the types of investigation, the extent of researcher interference, the study setting, the unit of analysis, the time horizon of the study.

Purpose of the study: Hypotheses testing
We want to explain the relationships between the satisfaction and user’s personal data and the two phone’s performance. We have intermediate variables (age, gender). We also have independent variables(application, cost the phone)and dependent variable(user’s satisfaction). So we think Hypotheses testing can help us enhance understanding of the relationship that among variables.

Type of investigation: correlational study
Because we interest in delineating those variables associated with the problem. So we think our study is correlational study. For example our third question is Does gender effect on satisfaction with two smart phones’ user. We will try to see if a relationship does exist among the variables (intermediate variables and dependent variables).

Extent of researcher interference with the study: minimal interference
We will collect data from the users to indicate how satisfaction they feel with their phone. We will administer a questionnaire to the users, we won’t interfered with the user’s activities. So we interference will be minimal.

Study setting: noncontrived and field study.
This is a field study where we will collect the data from various users and correlated them to the satisfaction of the phone and phone’s performance. Research here is done in a noncontrived setting with non interference with the user’s activities.

Unit of analysis: individuals
We want to know the relationship between the satisfaction of the two phone’s user and two phone’s satisfaction. For this purpose, data will have to be collected from each
