If Companies were in expansion period or about to invest new business, they may have recorded budget deficits. Gross Cash Flow means Companies' s total cash flow in year. Gross Investment means total investment. In POSCO, except for global financial crisis in late 2008 , seems nearly similar conditions. Free cash flow is an important indicator to help assume future investment , distribution, improvement in financial situation So we can tell POSCO is in stable condition.
Free cash flow slightly decreased in 2009 years but invested capital has remained high level. investment in equipment have steadily increased too.
D. Stock price
[3-] Flow of stock price
Stock price have steadily increased and recorded high point in 2007 years. and then stock price began to drop. This means that POSCO ' s stock price was over valued because of market's great anticipation compared to company's growth. We thought POSCO's stock price was over valued since POSCO was in the period to adjust the price up to the warranted stock price. But When financial crisis in late 2008, once again recorded low point then bounced back.
