2. Economic force

Information

 GDP in 2009 was 4.91 trillion dollar ranked as 3rd. 3)
 Nowadays, Chinese economy is turning drastically into her internal growth. 2)
 Private consumption account for 36.4% of GDP. 3’)
 60% of urban and 20% of rural citizens can afford to buy middle-price fashion. 4)

Analysis

 The rapid surge of individual GDP largely based on south eastern part allowed people alter their consume pattern into much more qualified than before. China has survived the global economic crisis quite healthier than other big, manipulative countries and went through the recovery period. Speaking of which, people found themselves more generous to spend money for clothes than before.
 Due to the economic capability gap between coastal and interior provinces and by far still underdeveloped transportation system among cities largely triggered by her gargantuan extent of land, we initially concentrate on launching at South Eastern areas and those areas are absolutely bigger than some countries in terms of their purchasing power and the number of residents. We are targeting neither cheap market nor luxury market; we are going to invade niche market. In addition, based on the fact that there is surging demand for fast-fashion, we made up our mind that the context taking place in China right now is obviously compatible with our unique business model; the time we need from head to toe is just three weeks in comparison with generally nine months of the industrial average. When it comes to our superior JIT system, to make matters better, the system is stimulated by our unique strategy that we never spend advertising cost: instead, we transfer ad cost to construction cost. Yes, we are more interested in increasing the number of our store and expanding the market ratio.

3. Technological force

Information
 In China, establishing roots of distribution is important to do business.
 Fast fashion companies sell their product by making chains in each location and managing each of chains in China.
 Some Chinese technologies are outweighing that of Korean.
 Growing IT technology
