Dongguk University, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering ,
’civil pub’ to the economic analysis of the survey need to be followed is to
calculate the budget aggregated the investment cost by freshmen who are
going to operate the ‘civil pub’ actually. Required budget for the pub project
is prepared by 25 Students pay equally. Feasibility of the project was
estimated that occurred two days after the festive period by calculating the
maintenance costs and revenue
a) Investment costs & Target figure
25 Students pay equally 30,000won
25 people * 30,000 won = 750,000 won
→ Target price was calculated after Setting as the investment
Collecting the views of staff and other costs resulting were estimated
target price of 1.5 million won.
- Analysis of materials.
the two kinds of material items were calculated based on years of
experience, First of all, the case of manufactured goods was
investigated around the center of the big stores in terms of cost where
to buy items and In the case of non-manufactured goods such as pork
surveys were conducted in a residential area of each staff. The second
aspect of the problem was the transport and kept out a lot of weight
