Everybody is born with a program which enables learning languages
Actively functions until 13 years old
Language information should be input during within that period to achieve fast and efficient language learning
Critical Period : A certain time period one should be exposed to a foreign language to be fluent as a native speaker
The separation of the function of left brain & right brain is completed during the puberty period
Language acquisition is ideal before the role of human brain is separated
Much more time and effort is required after the Critical
