본문내용
According to the above graph, we can find that most of the people live in apartment. That’s why we selected the apartment. In modern Korean society, the general house is apartment. On the one hand, apartment is very convenient and efficient building. On the other hand, it has some problems. According to another data, 40.6% of all respondents replied that the biggest problem of apartment is space shortage and inner structure.

2. Purpose
⑴ First, we wanted to study the project interestingly. Also, we wanted to take a look at customer-specific apartment from new point of view such as behavior style. We wanted to find out relation between behavior and house. We also intended to know about how dwellers think of their house and whether they are satisfied with their house or not.
⑵ Second, we’re supposed to provide building companies with our study material. Of course, we already knew that companies have much more information than us and do not build customer-specific apartment intentionally because of cost. But, a few companies building customer-specific are appearing little by little. So, we were curious about companies that build customer-specific apartment, even though most companies don’t do that.
⑶ Third, we intended to know the reality in building apartment and necessity of customer-specific apartment. In short term, customer-specific apartment could be inefficient. So building companies would complain about their cost or profit. In long term, however, it could be efficient, because it can reduce cost of remodeling and customer’s complaint. From company’s point of view, it is profitable to increase dwellers’ satisfactory due to customer-specific apartment.
Throughout the Trickle-Down effect, customer-specific apartment that is too much focused on high-class could be passed down to the public. Then, the cost would be decreased, because many companies building customer-specific apartment would compete each other. In this manner, we expect that the public also could access to apartment.

Ⅰ- 3. Scope & Content
1. Scope : the grown-up regardless of age, sex and race.
2. Content
All the people have actions and activities. These actions and activities are expressed as behavior differently, because each people have particular purposes for behavior. This unique behavior affects the function of space and structure, because behavior is expanded into near environment like house. So, how we move in the house organized the function of the house and spatial composition. In short, we can say that people’s behavior is important factor when we build the house.
For this reason, we used psychology & behavior test “DISC” made by William Mouston Marston Ph.D. The reason why we choose DISC test is that DISC test divides people into 4 types based on behavior pattern and explains appropriate environment for each type of behavior pattern.
In body, we explained the meaning of housing at first, and then explained the DISC behavior pattern in detail. Next, we showed the relation between each behavior pattern - D, I, S, C and spatial composition of housing. In conclusion, analyzing the results of questionnaire, we suggested 4 types of spatial composition based on behavior patterns.

Ⅰ- 4. Terms
1. Action: It is the most basic movement in human body. It is physical and instinct.
2. Activity: It is the collection of actions. It involves overall movements in body.
3. Behavior: It is the continuous collection of actions and activities that have specific purpose meeting person’s desire. It is decisive and includes mental process.

Ⅱ. Body
Ⅱ- 1. Meaning of Housing
Ⅱ-1-1 Meaning and Function of Housing
As one of human’s fundamental desire, housing is a physical environment of premise of human life. Natural and cultural factor are applied to housing and selection of these factors are expressed as housing’s characteristic. Housing is a place where not only people live and do house affair but also reflect modern society and culture phenomenon. Also it can be understood by consciousness of housing from past to present. For these reasons, housing can’t be simply understood as physical form. So it can be fully understood by communicating a value system such as life style of human, value of human, the social system and the social norm. In other words,
