Ⅰ. Introduction
We("When Photo Meets Coffee...) provide customers with a new place where they can take picture and at the same time, enjoy coffee or tea time. So customers can take fancy pictures which will make them look like stars and also have comfortable time just like when they were in a wonderful cafe. It is a new concept of a fusion cafe- Photo meets Cafe-(the name of our photo-cafe). We deliver both photos and beverages at the same time so that we can create double value and double satisfaction. So our slogan is "Double Joy Double Satisfaction In One Place".
Reason for creating a new photo-cafe.
We could find through the research by starshot(famous digital photo chain) that there are many people who have had a boring time while wating for the pictures they took in a starshot. And we noticed there are more growing demand of the new cafe model in which people can enjoy not only sitting and drinking a cup of coffee or tea in a cafe but also wanting to have more exciting and valuable time. So we develope this photocafe as an altanative of this new demand.
Core vision of our cafe
We create a cultural place where young people can enjoy their free time by making memorable pictures and providing better quality of cafe service. Our goal is to make our costumers have double joy in one place so that they could come back again our cafe.
General Business Strategy
What to do and How to do-4 Basic strategy-
1) Make the basic the best-the best quality of service, atmosphere, beverage and photo
2) Continue on&on marketing-Various events ex)Planing seasonal event projcets , Event a 'confession day' so a boy or girl confess his or her love to the beloved, Wearing animation custumes..etc..
3) Make royal customers-use discount coupon and V.I.P coupon.
4)Build a good communication system-between customers and workers and between workers through on-line or off-line. Do feedback.
