Amsterdam has a broad spectrum of recreational and cultural sight that range from fascinating old buildings, like the Oude Kerk, to oddities such as the Hash Marihuana Museum.

2. Weakness
Expensive housing cost, Expensive prices can be a burden to tourists and residents. The airport is always paced with too many people, so it causes a lot of problems. Furthermore, using drug can bring negative image of Amsterdam. In other words, now the Amsterdam is considered that not a suitable place to go with family.

3. Opportunity
The Dutch government promoted the policy that is very friendly foreign enterprise. For instance, the best example is NFIA services. As a government agency, the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA) facilitates North American companies' direct investments in the Netherlands. Whether developing a first European presence or reconfiguring existing European operations, companies can obtain information, strategic perspective and practical assistance from NFIA's business consultants.

4. Threat
The friendly foreign enterprises policies can make a intensified competition in the Amsterdam market. Every industry can be a red ocean. It is expected that the growing market share of foreign capitals lead the shrinkage of the domestic industry.

1. People Strategy

With people strategy, we go for the effect of killing two birds with one stone. That is, we attract tourists and promote positive change in current residents’ environment. Since the overpopulation in Amsterdam is one of serious problems which the city has seized, we decided not to attract more residents. Instead, we more focused on attracting more tourists and providing better environment for the current residents so that it enables to amplify the positive image of Amsterdam.

We would like to talk about vitalizing flea markets in Amsterdam and providing something to see for tourists. Netherlands is the hub that connects to all countries in Europe which means Amsterdam or Netherlands is frequented
