Informailer system(CRM)
They provide information to customers through email channel and various on-line services. That is an informailer system which is linkage with Dominos web system for communication. On the perspective of the customer, they are served and received necessary information in real time. On the other hand, through Dominoes staff’s perspective, they can provide one on one service to each customer.

This system is first adopted by Domino Korea to the food service industry. This system helps manufacturer to provide same quality pizza to each shop.

④ Staffs
Comparing to other restaurant businesses, Domino Pizza has unique recruit system. For those who passed both application phase and 1st interview, the company gives them the 1day to experience how the franchisees work, which is called OJE Spot Study. During this course, the applicants learn basic management process of franchisees and decide whether this job is appropriate for themselves or not. Statistically 20% of the applicants resign to take the 2nd job interview. Through this process both company and applicants can save their expense and time.
After making employment contract, management training process comes right behind. The new employees should receive 18 days of basic management training process. Before the promotion to deputy section chief, the employees have to receive total 12 days of management training process. After promotion, new chief still have to receive 5 more days of OJT management training process.
Comparing this training system with the same field companies, the Dominoes has strength in educating highly trained manager. Other same field companies have training process mainly focusing to section chiefs. However Domino is focusing on both before and after becoming section chiefs. Through this delicate training process, Domino’s managers and employees not only work effectively but also highly loyal to their company.
⑤ Skills
Domino Korea’s one of the outstanding strength is the function of OER department. As we mentioned at previous page, OER department is responsible for internal auditing, especially focusing to the franchisees. They usually run a random inspection to them with very strict manuals. Through this procedure, Domino Korea is able to prevent franchisees making arbitrary decisions.
