Ⅰ.Introduction of CAP
1. Brief Introduction
Since 1995, CAP had made auto parts for Samsung, while Kyeongchang Wiper had made for Hyundai. But, then IMF came. CAP changed its focus on aftermarket and started its own R&D. After they succeeded in Korea market(its market share is over 50%), CAP started to extend its business to the America, China, Japan, Europe, Middle East and Africa markets.
CAP R&D Center invented ‘FLAT WIPER’, and it can make CAP have competitive advantage over other companies. The technology of CAP, also, makes the price of its products reasonable while the quality of products is good.
CAP also regards PEOPLE. The company thinks highly of its employees and citizens, no need to mention costomers. So CAP has done the sustainability management. CAP has done many voluntary to the society, returning its profit to the society.
2. Vision and Mission
1) Vision of the Company: Making world’s best wiper

3) Strategies of 2011: Challenging and passion, Reinforcement of the new growth power.
(Strategy of sales is to achieve total sales of 215 billion dollars and total export sales of160 million dollars, reinforce the ability of OEM, and develop a new enterprise and vary the enterprise. Strategy of production is to have a efficiency in production (errors in progress: 2000PPM and errors in outward flow: zero), reduce a cost of producing. Strategy of development is to develop the series of wiper with new technology, extend the market through reducing the cost of the development cost and develop new wiper rubber. Strategy of purchase is to build a system of strategic purchase (reducing the prime cost: 20% , reducing the material cost: 8%), reinforce the global outsourcing. And cooperate with collaborators. And Strategy of administration is to achieve the goal of operation profits, build and operate ERP system, settle the human touch management.
