    In Korea the sexual abuse is increasing steadily, now there are more than 34 cases of sexual abuse occurring every day. So people recognize the Korea as ‘institutionalized sexual abuse society’ and korean woman always live in fear and anxiety. The government continues his unremitting exertions to protect woman from sexual abuse. However, sex offender commits a criminal act persistently with a disappointed look.
    Of the sexual abuse cases, child sexual abuse is growing explosively. According to the below chart, we can observe that the number of child sexual abuse increased from 2002 to 2007. Also we can be aware that the number of child sexual abuse victims is actually much more than we thought. The number of victims account for 30 percent of the total sexual abuse that occurred.
