1. About discipline
Discipline is action to employee.
It can arise when employee break the company rules and could not achieve the performance benchmarks. And manager"fs behavior to fix their behavior and attitude when their employee violate the fixed policy. It’s the ways that lead to the organization. Discipline is essential thing to keep their rule.
Purpose of discipline
① Effect of prevention
It can prevent the big incident / not to arise/ discipline object behavior / by providing sufficient attention
② Effect of behavior improvement
If one of the members / show sign of violation behavior,/ we are aimed that improve behavior /through the counsel and guidance.
③ Effect of punishment
If cannot adapt of effect of prevention and effect of behavior improvement, finally we can say stop the offenses and then adjust the punishment. The purpose of this effect is stop the offenses
