Recently in Korean society the world 'Multicultural' is largely issued. As a huge wave of globalization greatly affected the marriages of Korea society, the Multicultural families have shown a trend of continued growth. Though the marriages of the South Asian like Vietnam brides and Korean rural bachelors are majority, the number of the international marriages between Korean women and foreign men has been steadily increasing. The emergence of consulting firms and companies dealing with international marriages and the situations that various programs for supporting multicultural families are prepared at the national level tell us that the international marriages not any longer confined to a small number 'special case'. The increase in multicultural families does not always contain the positive side. We need to think about the problems and the solutions due to the increase of the multicultural families. Finally we have to think about the attitudes to get fit to the Korean society's multicultural era.
