There are top three values Siemens is aiming at, which are responsibility, excellent, and innovative. ‘Responsibility’ is committing to ethical and responsible actions. ‘Excellent’ is achieving high performance and excellent results. ‘Innovative’ is being innovated to create sustainable value.
