Not providing differentiated services for each country
Low percentage of the market in countries which are in Asia

Google hasn’t provided local services. So services are only focused on the America, where Larry page and Sergey brin, the founder of Google, started their outstanding business.

Because Google hasn’t served local services, its market power, which is in countries of Asia, can’t be more aggrandized.
3. Lack of diverse business model
Profits of Google fairly depend on advertising system which includes Ad- words and Ad-sense. But it’s not enough for Google to maintain current business model, if Google wants to penetrate new market in Asia.
4. Heterogeneousness of material
Search engine of Google is powerful to gather huge information. However, there is noise that derives from massive information. (For example, Koreans feel comfortable when they use search engine of Naver. Because search engine of Naver cuts noise out, and makes information organized.)
