2) Simultaneous operation of services On/Off-line
• he regular Off-line businesses, such as the department stores, major supermarkets, regular supermarkets, operate On-line Malls
3) Collaboration between businesses give birth to new forms of business
• Major Supermarkets : Raised quality of the store, medium to low priced casual stores integrated with large supermarkets
• Supermarkets : High quality supermarkets that sell high quality consumable goods from department stores separately
• Convenient stores : Café type convenient stores with café and fastfood integrated
