1-1. The reasons why our team choose Lotte Hotel.

Lotte hotel was founded in the spirit of contributing in the modernization and advancement of Korea’s hospitality industry and building a hotel of world-class scale and facilities to represent the fast-growing Seoul.
The reason why our team chooses the Lotte hotel is that Lotte hotel is the first domestic hotel brand to start business in the foreign country. In reality Lotte hotel has 25 domestic hotels and 15 foreign hotels. For example, Lotte hotel Moscow, the first overseas chain hotel, opened in Moscow, Russia in September 2010. It is very successful. In addition, Lotte hotel is expanding into a global chain hotel representative of Korea and upgrading its brand value to an international level, continuously.
And the Lotte hotel’s goal is Asia Top 3 hotel. Lotte hotel’s vision is to be a representative hotel of Korea advancing from being Asia’s best to becoming a global leader. So, Lotte hotel management and staff are committed to raising the quality of the hotel across the board. Remaining true to the basic philosophy, Lotte Hotel will strive to be a global leader in hospitality through guest satisfaction. Therefore, we think the lotte hotel is fit with our team project. So, we select the Lotte hotel.

1-2. The reasons why our team choose Myanmar.

There is shortage of hotels in Myanmar but tourists increase every year. About 1304000 foreign tourists will visit in Myanmar. Besides, Myanmar will hold the South East Asian Game in 2013 and ASEAN summit meeting in 2014. So, Myanmar’s hotel sector has huge potential to benefit from the boom in both business travelers and international leisure tourists. Therefore, Myanmar will need the accommodation system, in order to accept the increasing tourists. So ministry of tourism plans to expand hotel & accommodation infrastructure.
