We are going to analysis fast food industry. And we choose two companies. That is Mcdonald’s and Yum!.
Mcdonald’s is the biggest food company in the world and Yum is the major restaurants company which has many brands such as Taco bell and Pizza hut.
In this project we are going to focus on what is the difference between worldwide company(Mcdonald’s) and becoming worldwide company(Yum!).
For do this, we will analysis the fast food industry and provide any critical information or event in the industry, which may affect financial aspects of your selected companies (for example, a history of the industry, industry specific characteristics, competitions in the industry, opportunities and threats in the industry, or hot trends of the industry). Also, we will analysis two companies and provide business and finance related information of each selected firm (for example, history with important past events, current trends, current strategies, strengths and weaknesses, or future business plans of each selected company).
And then, we are going to analysis Financial statement such as Common-size and Comparative analysis. Also we will analysis Firm performance measure, it will include market-based firm performance measures, accounting-based measures, leverage measures, liquidity measures.
At last, we will make our recommendation for investors rely on our analysis.
