Our business model share farm stay, Pension and nature. Our slogan is "make a social boom that people are understanding farm and going to the nature". We'll let the people who just want to feel comfortable from their stressful life. Make their comfort and active life in the nature out of busy life. The picture you guys look at is our conceptional drawing. It shows characteristics that Korean traditional geographical conditions you know, called ‘배산임수’ like behind mountain and front of water. The reason why we set this model is simple. People want to work and reside in big cities to success. Because they dedicate their life to cities they are always stressful. So our project is escape from stress. That is rural farming area and nature. Suggesting the ways and directions to make them comeback to nature, those are goals of our business. When we decide location, we consider accessibility to big city and nature environment. It is located between Jeonju, the best city of Chonbuk, and 진안 highlands that attractive place between 덕유 Mt and 지리Mt .Considering transportation convenience, It is located near the roads. And there are lots of highway. so you can get to our place very easily. If We put better finance and support for public transport, We can improve accessibility to public transport vehicles by negotiating Jeonbuk county. Our project is the farm-stay that village pension concept. Many family can stay together in 50 houses that we secure. In indoor, there is a refined interior to give resident feeling like their own house. and Every home appliances and necessaries are inherent. We make the price discrimination as measures. Farmland is used as fields and orchard. We provide education service about agriculture by interchanging local farmer and supervise whether produces grow well or not. Because It is the first time for most of our child customer to do farming. It is kind of experience to see and feel the nature. It will be very helpful emotional development to growing child. It also gives hope and dream to the blossoming children. Our project is one village concept pension. So there are few fundamental facilities to stay people. It is 'One-stop service". Customers can feel convenient because Hospital , Mart, leisure & cultural facilities are in there. and we also put the Nab Golf program. we can use the place as a Nab golf course. As you can see the picture, Like this picture If you want to take a lesson, you can learn the Nab golf , and there will be opened lots of golf championship. So I am pretty sure that many people will come and stay to enjoy Golf course and farming.
