Web 1.0 era as the word of "sea of information", we are exposed to a lot of information. Regardless of distance and time, we can easily send information as well as our own private information. Also, the amount of data, in 1989, the European Particle Physics in Switzerland, developed hypertext and MOSAIC invented first web browser in 1993. Those changes helped to find the desired information quickly and easily. However, many softwares and programs are subordinate to OS/ Browser.
But, in this current era of Web 2.0. OS/Browser dependency is eliminated, and the implementation of various features became available. Web is changed from roles that request information to server and display the received, to platform which is available to provide extended function, and make both side communication possible. In this service, general users can easily modify and compliment the served information.
It means, the environment that everyone can use served data and create various service is provided, and the lots of systems which promote users participation are based. For example, Wikipedia, Amazon, ebay, and intellectual knowledge search service at never let us to share our knowledge and information.
On the other hand, people who does not educated information ethics, information can be abused and have malfunctions like non-professionalism and possibility of luring for the wrong purposes.
