|This study started from a question that "why would consumers be so attracted to I-phone and galaxy phone, which are recorded on top for current sales amounts in 2011?"As a result of analysis, negative words were not derived from both I-phone and galaxy phone users. As for I-phone users, they most likely selected words of "light" and "refined" except for the word of "aristocratic." However, as for galaxy phone users, it turned out that they prefer a profoundness in the image of males rather than a physical lightness in that they selected masculine words of "aristocratic" and "profound." The study of sensibility of users plays an important role in modern life. Therefore, an additional study of usability and UX as well as sensibility regarding appearance is required, and it is expected for the result of this study to be supportive in terms of determination for proper marketing strategy of galaxy phone or I-phone and a direction of release for new items in the future.
