|This design research project uses persuasive technology to improve customer shopping experience, by integrating user experiences, design concepts, and technology. Through gamification, people could gain pleasure shopping experience. Our observation discovered that Costco shopping mall is a very broad place, but the people seem jam all over the ground. Moreover, there are some problems like, unclear price tag, goods on the floor without considerations…etc.. It is worthy whiling to consider the balance of looking of space which the business care and consumer’s shopping demand.
The purpose of the present study is to figure out how to make customers obtain enjoyment shopping experience through design research. As the result of this project we design a gamified shopping cart by user experience and design method.
