|The social network service approach to understanding how user generated design method helps companies bridge design process structural holes to access casual data helps explain why some ideas are more innovative than others. And the social information that we call the casual data, companies also utilize these tools to harvest commentary on Twitter, Facebook, and via customer service interactions connecting to the minds of some of their customers’ creative commons more than ever. How to effectively participate in service design from the design perspective has become important to companies and designers. Given the multi-disciplinary nature of service design innovation, conventional product design process does not deliver products or services that are marketable or manageable form customer service interactions’ view. In order to explore the new design methodology we especially focus on propose augmented social interactions as a better way to let user generated design on product/service design development process, such as Twitter. Therefore, the idea of casual data talked about the user experience in social interaction was brought into the investigation. In the future, users can directly contribute to the product/service development process in an interesting way.
