|The purpose of this study is to conceptualize the process of becoming professional livelihood type, identity type, or self-satisfaction type as the directional phenomenon occurs through the golf curriculum, and to categorize those concepts and provide cause and effect model within the categorization. The basis theory, a qualitative study method, was utilized as a methodology framework, and the participants were progressed through the theoretical sampling. As a result, the total of 105 concepts, 24 sub-categories, and 12 parent categories were abstracted and composited basis theoretical paradigm and the subsequent process was drawn. The changes of educational career as the golf instructors play and focus full time on teaching the game through the golf curriculum produced variety of results but from different conditions and interactive strategy, the three major types, livelihood, identity, and self-satisfaction, were presented. The study not only grants the direction of golf instructors in their education curriculum, but also aims to the individual’s daily life in positive way and creates social relationship in variety ways.
