| 본 연구는 환관 역사 4천년의 중국사에서 분석된 환관정치의 구조를 토대로 조선 연산군 대 환관정치의 구조를 분석하였다. 중국 고대사에서 나타난 환관정치의 사회적 구조는 세 그룹 간 역학관계이다. 세 그룹은 군주, 군주의 외척. 조정관료이다. 이들간 정치적 역학관계는 환관정치의 사회적 구조를 형성하는 바, 이것은 왕과 환관과의 관계구조, 환관과 외척세력과의 구조, 마지막으로 환관과 당파세력과의 구조 관계로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 사회적 구조는 조선 연산군 대의 환관정치에서도 그대로 재연되었다. 본 연구는 환관정치의 역사적 구조로부터 현대 조직에 적용가능한 참모의 역할에 대한 토대를 찾아내는 것이다. 참모역할과 관련한 구조적 부적절성의 원인과 분석의 미흡함이 현대 행정조직에서 참모론에 대한 설득력있고 타당한 기준을 제시할 수 없었던 근본적인 이유이기 때문이다. |

| The roles of eunuches in the era of strong dynasty should be limited to serve the emperor in a hermit land. According to the advance of state building and the strength of the autocrats, the political wants and needs was the causes of the spreads and enlargement of eunuches’ forces and became the cause of political intervention of eunuches’. This paper analyzes the structural causes of eunuches politics in the old Chinese Dynasty and in the reign of King Yonsan in Joseon Dynasty. The structural causes of eunuches politics are tried to explain the patterns of political dynamics among three groups, that is, autocrat, royal relative by marriage and political party strifes. This three-folded political dynamics are analyzed within three categories, that is. the relationship between autocrat and eunuch, the relationship between eunuch and royal relative by marriage, and the relationship between eunuch and political party strifes. This article could be the beginning of and the implications of the desired roles and mind-set of staffs’ in modern organizations. |
