| We analyze the EU anti-dumping regulations by examining the anti-dumping case concerning Korean side-by-side refrigerators with a view to providing useful guidance for Korean exporters and Korean trade policy-makers. First, we review development of the EU anti-dumping regulations and their practices. Then we analyze the Commission`s preliminary and final determinations on the Korean refrigerators. We also compare certain provisions of the EU anti-dumping rules with the WTO Anti-Dumping Agreement. They are the criteria on the sales in the ordinary course of trade, the Community interest rule (or public interest) and the lesser duty rule. |
