The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of caddies`s individual peculiarity on work environment, service quality. The measures were individual peculiarity tool and SERVQUAL of caddies. Data obtained from 292 respondents were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. According to the results of independent t-test, MANOVA(multivariate analysis of variance), Scheffe`s post-hoc, effect size. The work environment cognition of caddie realized highly source of role conflict at single group. The service quality is affected by marriage, income and education. However, the overall result suggests that the caddie recognizes to work at bad environment. When caddie is taken a suitable reward and treatment, they will give a better service. Therefore, It is need to improve the work environment.
