The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of supervisors` leadership styles on organizational trust and job satisfaction of hotel employees. According to analysis of impact of leadership on organizational trust, among leadership variables, charisma and intellectual stimulation only affect organizational trust in transformational leadership. On the other hand, management by exception is shown to affect organizational trust in transactional leadership. Moreover, organizational trust is reported to influence significantly positive on job satisfaction. The suitability of model was shown as χ^2 = 552.466(df 406), p<0.000(CMIN/df 1.361), GFI .892, AGFI .869, NFI .874, CFI .963, RMSEA .036. The result of this study partially features similarity to previous studies on impact of leadership on employees` organizational trust and job satisfaction. However, the difference of this study shows that conditional reward affects negatively organizational trust and job satisfaction.
