    영문초록
    The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of smartphone applications used by outback family restaurant. This study adopts DeLone and McLean` IS success model to examine the structural relationships between system quality, information quality, service quality, satisfaction, intention to use and intention to visit Outback family restaurant. the findings from this study as follows: First, it was found that system quality and information quality did not significantly influence users` satisfaction except for service quality; second, it was shown that system quality and service quality had a significant impact on intention to use Outback smartphone applications except for information quality; third, users` satisfaction and intention to use significantly affect the intention to visit Outback family restaurant, whereas users satisfaction did not show the significant causal relationship with the intention to use. the theoretical and pratical implications were discussed. The limitations were suggested.
