    영문초록
    The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise on blood lipid, insulin resistance, and vasodilation and vascular compliance in obese adolescence. The subjects for this study were overweight/obese middle school student (n=20, BMI 85th percentile). The subjects were divided into exercise group (n=10), and control group (n=10). Exercise group performed aerobic exercise at HRmax 60% of exercise intensity for 30 minutes and resistance exercise at 1RM 60%, frequency 10 12 Reps, 3 sets, 30 minutes per week during 16 weeks. The results are following; 1) Exercise group significantly improved total cholesterol (TC) (p<.01), high density lipoprotein (HDL)-C (p<.05), low density lipoprotein (LDL)-C (p<.01), and Triglyceride (TG) (p<.05). 2) Exercise group significantly improved fasting glucose (p<.05), insulin (p<.05), homeostatic model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) level (p<.01). 3) Exercise group also significantly improved systolic blood pressure (p<.01), diastolic blood pressure (p<.01), vascular compliance (VC) (p<.05), nitrogen oxides (NOx) (p<.01), and endothelin-1 (ET-1) (p<.05). In conclusions, aerobic exercise and resistance exercise program in obese adolescent appears to be effective for improving on blood lipid, insulin resistance, and vascular vasodilation and compliance.
