국문초록
본 연구는 사용자의 선호 감각기관에 따른 행동 유형과 스마트폰 선호도의 상관관계를 분석하여 향 후 스마트폰이 주력해야 할 사용자 유형을 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 실험의 결과 NLP 대표 선호 감각 유형 전체에서의 갤럭시폰과 아이폰을 선호하는 응답자 비율은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 하지만 개별 유형에서는 V유형이 아이폰을 선호하는 비율이 60%였고 K유형의 65%가 갤럭시폰을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인간의 행동 유형과 스마트 폰 선호에 관한 상관성을 알아보고 관련 유형의 선호하는 만족도를 조사해보았다. DISC 행동 유형에서 I유형은 전체 참여 인원의 36.2%로 가장 높았으며 D유형이 그 뒤를 이어 33%로 D와 I 두 유형이 63.2%로 나타났다. D유형의 63.4%는 아이폰을 선호하며 아이폰의 외형과 가치성에 높은 만족도를 보였다. 또 I유형의 66.6%는 갤럭시 폰을 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며 사용성과 가치성에 높은 만족도를 보였다.
영문초록
This research analyzes the correlation between user`s behavioral patterns based on NLP preferred sensory organs and DISC behavioral pattern and their preference for smart phones so that smart phone developers may have better idea of which user types to focus on in the future. The result of this research indicated that, in terms of NLP primary preferred sense types, those who prefer Galaxy phones an iPhones did not differ by much in their responses, however; in terms of individual types, 60% of type V preferred iPhone while 65% of type K preferred Galaxy phone. Also, this research explores the correlation between human`s behavioral pattern and their preference for smart phone and satisfaction level. Among D,I,S, and C behavioral types, type I was the highest in number, 36.2% of the whole participants, followed by type D, 33%. 63.4% of type D preferred iPhone for its exterior design and value. Then 66.6% of type I preferred Galaxy phone for its usability and value.
