국문초록
본 연구는 일본의 건강장애학생을 위한 교육전달체계 및 국가수준 교육과정의 내용을 토대로 우리나라의 건강장애학생 교육에 있어 해결과제와 시사점을 탐색함으로써, 향후 우리나라의 건강장애학생을 위한 교육전달체계 및 국가수준 특수교육 교육과정의 방향성 및 개선방안에 대하여 논의하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이상의 목적을 달성하기 위해 연구를 진행한 결과 첫째, 일본에서는 건강장애 특별지원학교와 특별지원학급을 주축으로 한 체계적인 교육전달 시스템이 구축되어 있었고 둘째, 건강장애학생의 교육전달 및 교육과정 편성과 운영을 위한 구체적인 사항들이 법규문서로서 명시되어 있었으며 셋째, 건강장애학생의 고유한 교육적 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 독자적인 교육과정인 ‘자립활동’ 이 충실하게 시행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 일본의 사례를 바탕으로 우리나라의 실정에 맞는 건강장애학생의 교육전달체계 및 국가수준 교육과정의 방향성을 조명하고, 개선을 위한 구체적인 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.
영문초록
This study was to analyze educational delivery system and the national curriculum for children with health impairment in Japan, and to go step further to discuss the issues and the improvements with the directions of educational delivery system and the national special education curriculum in Korea. The result of the study showed that firstly, educational delivery system has been built the Special support school and special support class-led for health impairment. Secondly, The specifics of educational delivery system and the national curriculum for children with health impairment are written as a legal document. Thirdly, ``JIRITSU-KATSUDO`` which is the keynote of the special education is being mainly offered to children with health impairment. Based on the cases from Japan, we discussed the directions of the educational delivery system and national special education curriculum and the improvement plans in detail for children with health impairment in Korea.
