국문초록
본 논문에서는 중국의 해권개념과 국가이익에 대한 고찰을 통해, 중국 해양전략의 인식적 기반이 해양권익의 확보에 있음을 주장하고 있다. 또한, 중국 해양전략의 인식적 기반을 파악할 수 있는 중요한 요소 가운데 하나인 국가이익이 측면에서, 중국 해양전략의 인식적 기반인 해양권익의 범위가 확대되고 있음을 살펴보고 있다. 이와 관련하여, 우선적으로 발전의 측면에서는 경제발전의 추진에 따라 해양권익의 범위가 확대되고 있음을 고찰하고 있으며, 이어서 안보적 측면에서는 국방전략 및 해군전략의 변화추세를 통해 해양권익의 범위확대에 따른 공세성 강화의 추세가 나타나고 있음을 확인하고 있다.
영문초록
By inquiring into China`s conception of Haiquan and national interests, this paper argues that the cognitive basis of China`s maritime strategy is aimed at guaranteeing sea rights and interests. In terms of national interest, a crucial factor in grasping the cognitive basis of China`s maritime strategy, the scope of sea times rights and interests (a cognitive basis of maritime strategy) is expanding. In terms of development, this paper studies that the scope of sea rights and interests is expanding in tandem with the promotion of economic development. Security-wise, by reviewing China`s national defense strategy and naval strategy, this paper finds that China`s maritime strategy has become more aggressive as the scope of sea rights and interests has been expanded.
