    영문초록
    Argument about Chinese economic growth model since 1978 has been an issue among various field of social science academia worldwide. When considering the Chinese way of growth with paradox and inconsistency, it can be found that its economic development is hardly described with regional and chronological pathway in one logical pattern. Although based on this environment, China is continuously developing itself with Wenzhongqiujin (?中求進) and a number of scholars point out Chinese development model has flexibility upon the changing environment in/out of the country, not with a formal method. Therefore, Chinese model is an overall development strategy and governance model, having flexibility and dynamics which can follow the changes around its environment. This study tries to discuss Chinese model of flexibility and dynamism in regards to the open systems in organization theory. The researcher proved that Chinese model of flexibility and dynamism consist of gradual development strategy throughout trial and error under loose-coupling structure, which is expressed as ``learning by experiment`` or ``wading across the stream by feeling the way``. In this environment, this study ensures that efficiency mechanisms and legitimacy mechanisms are in complementary cooperation, not in conflict. Moreover, on the way to finding out the microscopic reasons of macroscopic system this study shows that Chinese model of flexibility and dynamism is embedded to Guanxi network, family-based culture.
