The purpose of this study is to figure out the effects of trust in aesthetician on self-esteem and happiness among women. To achieve this, a survey was carried out on 500 women living in the Metropolis of Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Daejeon metropolitan city. The results of this study are as follows. The effect of trust in aesthetician on self-esteem among women showed that their trust in aesthetician has a statistically significant positive effect on their self-esteem (p/. 001). And the effect of self-esteem on happiness among women showed that their self-esteem has a statistically significant positive effect on their happiness (p/.001). Besides, the mediating role of self-esteem in the relationship between trust in aesthetician and happiness among women showed that their self-esteem is partially mediated in the relationship between their trust in aesthetician and their happiness. Consequently, aesthetician have to make an effort to develop reception services for customers that meet their psychological demands for systematic and multiple services away from the existing self-employment-centered limited services, and enhance their trust in aesthetician.
