국문초록
퇴직연금에 가입한 기업(31개 기업)을 대상으로 퇴직연금제도에 대한 니즈 및 인식을 분석한 결과, 공정한 시장경쟁을 위한 불건전 가입권유 행위를 위한 정책당국의 적극적인 제도 및 감독체계 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 충분한 사후관리서비스 제공이 이루어지지 않고 가입기업들의 불만사항이 많은 것으로 나타나 사후관리서비스 부실에 대한 실태점검이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 이와 더불어 퇴직연금 활성화를 위해 세제지원확대, 수급권보호 강화를 위한 제도적 개선 등이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 특히 보험회사는 핵심경쟁력인 서비스, 전문성 등을 보다 확고히 하고 건전성 강화와 전문성 확보에 기초한 자산운용능력 제고를 통해 경쟁력을 확보한다는 자세의 전환이 요구된다.
영문초록
This study deals with the retirement pension members` needs and recognition on retirement pension schemes. As results of our analysis, First, it is required to strictly regulate on unfair invitation to join retirement pension schems. Second, members are dissatisfied with the insufficient provisions of post-management services, therefore regulators should investigate on the poor post-management services. Third, moreover, to activate retirement pension schemes reguilators should consider reformation of systems such as reinforcement of protecting vesting rights, expansion of tax benefit. Especially, based on the core competence such as soundness and specialty, insurance company should secure competitiveness by improving asset management capability.
