국문초록
연구는 동양무도에 나타난 신체기법원리의 이해를 증진하고자 한다. 이 연구의 핵심이라 할수 있는 것은 조윤형에 의해 창시된 내공체술의 신체기법을 기능학적 원리에 적용시켜 그 특징을 밝히고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 관한 결론 도출은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내공체술은 ``고행삼매-자기정진``, ``월급월만-지속수련``, ``진인수태-자기완성``, ``내기공유-심신유연`` 등의 수양론적 철학을 정신적·실천적 근저로 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 태극의 원리는 상호보완적 공방술에 운용되는 중심유지의 원리로서 기술의 연속성에 운용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 구심력과 원심력의 원리는 던지기 기술에서 기술의 변속에 운용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 유기의 원리는 기술의 순리적 운용에 활용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 다섯째, 삼각형의 원리는 공방기술의 완벽한 운용에 합력과 분력의 원리가 활용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 여섯째, 지렛대(支軸)와 대각선의 원리는 기능학적인 측면에서 효율적, 효과적인 힘의 운용이 가능하였음을 알 수 있었다. 일곱째, 직진과 회전의 원리는 상대의 공격선을 피하여 들어가거나 돌아서 상반(相反)하지 않고 던지는 공방기법에서 가장활용도가 높은 원리였음을 알 수 있었다.
영문초록
This studying is to increase understanding of appeared principles of physical techniques on the oriental martial arts. The aim of studying is clearing up characters on principles of physical techniques in Naegong Chesool(NC) created by Younhyong Cho to apply the principle of motor mechanics. I drew some results as follows; First, NC has the mental philosophy based on the practical ``Gohangsammae, self-mortification``, ``Woulkupwulman, ceaseless exercise``, ``Jininsutae, to be a great, taoist got a naegong, ``Naekigongyu, soft posture`` that is the cultivating philosophy. Second, the principle of Taekuek, Yin (-) and Yang (+) is keeping the principle of continuity used complementary offensive and defensive tactics. Third, the principle of circular motion that embraces both centrifugal and centripetal forces used techniques of changing speed from the throwing technique. Fourth, the principle of flowing Ki is to use reasonable techniques for practical management. Fifth, the principle of a triangular form is to use resultant and component force for complete management of offensive and defensive tactics. Sixth, the principle of diagonal line and handspike is using effective power on motor mechanics within functional aspect. Seventh, the principle of circular motion used on the entering or turning techniques that is the best use within offensive and defensive tactics.
