국문초록
다양한 규격의 용기가 혼재되어 사용됨에 따라 수송단위의 해체 및 재결합 등 부가적인 작업이 발생하여 과다한 물류 비의 원인이 되고 있다. 또한 접 이식 용기 의 부재로 인하여 빈 용기 회수 및 보관을 위한 공간과 비용이 많이 소요되고 있다. 이에 생산부터 유통단계까지 공동사용이 가능하고 공간과 비용을 감소시킬 수 있는 표준화된 접 이식 플라스틱 용기의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 회수와 보관의 효율성 향상을 위하여 접 이식 플라스틱 표준용기를 개발하고 적용사례 분석을 통하여 빈 용기의 회수공간 절감에 따른 부가적인 이익의 창출 및 일관수송시스템 구축에 따른 비용 절감 등 접 이식 플라스틱 표준 용기의 효용성을 검증하였다. 향후 접 이식 플라스틱 표준용기의 확산을 통하여 비용 절감 및 합리적인 물류시스템의 구축이 기대된다.
영문초록
Due to the use of various non-standardized boxes and the lack of efficient collapsible boxes, a standardized collapsible plastic box which can be used jointly from production to distribution and reduced transportation cost and storage space is needed. This paper deals with the development of collapsible plastic standard box for efficient transportation and storage. And we verify the efficiency of collapsible plastic standard box such as cost savings and increased profits according to through transit and recovery of empty boxes through case studies. The developed collapsible standard plastic box is expected to reduce the logistics costs and improve the efficiency.
