This study have three purposes. The first is to examine the relationship between interactional quality and relational commitment. The second is to examine the relationship between relational commitment and intent to relationship continuity. The third is to examine the moderating effect of trust on the relationship between interactional quality and relational commitment. The major findings of the study are summarized as follows: First, results showed that interactional quality had significant influence on relational commitment. Second, results showed that relational commitment had significant influence on intent to relationship continuity. Third, the moderating effect of trust on the relationship between interactional quality and relational commitment had not influence. So trust is not moderator variables, but independent variables of intent to relationship continuity.
