This research is to introduce and examine recently develop authentic leadership in the context of Food-service industry. authentic leadership is defined as a pattern of leader behavior that drowns upon and promotes both positive psychological capacities and a positive ethical climate to foster greater self-awareness, and internalized moral perspective, balanced processing of information, and relational transparency on the part of leaders working with followers. This research has established the hypothesis that the leader`s trust has moderating effect on the relationship between the Authentic leadership and the organizational effectiveness in Food-service industry. Leaders` authentic leadership the impact on employees` organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior for organizational effectiveness. In conclusion, the first clarity, balanced information processing had positive(+) impact on the organizational commitment, the second the self-awareness, clarity had positive(+) impact on the organizational citizenship behavior. Finally the leader`s trust did not have direct impact on the organizational but organizational citizenship behavior had significant out comes.
