    영문초록
    This study examined the relationship among Human Resource Management, Psychological Capital, Organizational Citizenship Behavior of hotel employee. The purpose of this study is twofold; firstly, to examine the effects of Human Resource Management between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior and secondly, to examine the mediating effects of the psychological capital on the relationships between the Human Resource Management and the organizational citizenship behavior. A mediation model was suggested on the basis of theoretical linkages from previous relevant studies. Data were collected from the questionnaire completed by 122 hotel employee. The SPSS WIN 15.0 was applied to analyze the collected data. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Employee Human Resource Management has a effect on the employees` organizational citizenship behavior and Psychological capital. 2) Psychological Capital has a effect in part of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 3)Employees Psychological capital has a mediating effect between Human Resource Management and Psychological capital.
