국문초록
2008년 발 세계경제위기는 스웨덴 경제에 주로 수출 감소와 발트삼국에 대한 스웨덴 은행들의 대출채권의 부실화라는 형태로 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 부르주아정당 연립정부는 1990년대 초의 금융위기 경험을 바탕으로, 금융기관들에 대한 보증제공을 통한 금융시스템 안정화, 저금리 정책과 팽창적 재정정책을 통한 경기부양등을 통해 경제위기를 성공적으로 극복했다. 금융위기 이후 1990년대 후반에 확립된 ‘통화주의적 사민주의 모델’을 통해 재정 건전성과 물가안정을 장기간 달성할수 있었기에, 적극적인 경제위기 극복 정책을 집행하는 것이 가능했다. 이번 세계경제위기의 성공적 극복은 2010년 총선에서 보수당 중심의 부르주아정당들이 재집권하는 데 크게 기여했다. 또한 현재 야당인 사민당이 향후에 집권하게 되더라도 ‘통화주의적 사민주의 모델’의 틀이 장기간 유지될 가능성을 높였다.
영문초록
The global economic crisis since 2008 has negatively influenced the Swedish economy through export decline and the increase of non performing loans of the Swedish banks lent out to the Baltic countries. The Swedish coalition government of bourgeois parties overcame the economic crisis successfully by stabilizing the financial system through guaranteeing the financial institutions and by boosting the economy using expansionary macroeconomic policies, based on the experiences of the financial crisis of early 1990s. ``The monetarist social democratic model`` established in late 1990s made it easy for the Swedish government to carry out active counter-crisis policies, for fiscal soundness and price stability have been kept for long time due to the model. The successful management of the economic crisis has substantially contributed to the win of the bourgeois parties in the general election of 2010. It seems much probable that ``the monetarist social democratic model`` would last long, even if the Social Democratic Party, the opposition party, would win the next elections.
