The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of pharmacy service quality and location characteristic of pharmacy on the pharmacy revisit and recommendation based on quantitative analysis. The data were gathered from pharmacy customers who visited the pharmacy. they were asked to assess the pharmacy service quality, ranging the location, intension to revisit and recommendation. A total of 541 usable questionnaires were used for the survey. These hypothesized relationships concerning many kinds of factors were verified by covariance modeling, using SPSS 15.00 and AMOS 7.0 programs. The methods for the study were confirmatory and structural analyses. The results of the study are as follows First, pharmacy service quality had a significant effect customer revisit, Second, location characteristic of pharmacy had a significant effect customer revisit, Last, customer revisit had a significant effect on the intension to recommendation to other customers.
