TU girder is completed using the constraint concrete (Cconc.) flange that constraint the displacements and stresses at the upper flange by the overturned plate girder`s dead load. It is very important that the gaining section of the Cconc. released stress to maximize the efficiency of TU girder. There is a limit to apply TU girder using an added Cconc.`s weight to long span bridge over 50m length. To overcome this limit, I was developed the precast products such as TU® girder, PH®, and TUWH® girder. TUWH® girder is the TU® girder assembled PH®. In this paper the applicability of PH® is examined. TUWH® only has the effects when PH® is assembled on the prepared carefully supports on the ground.
