영문초록
The aim of this paper is to study the model of the Islamic democracy, and to analyze the theoretical backgrounds for Islamic democracy and democratization of Libya & Iraq Also, This paper considers whether democracy can spread in the Arab countries after the demonstration for democracy in Arab. In addition, This study discusses how “Islamic democracy” based on the values of Islam has an effect on the democratization in Libya & Iraq. In this study, I define the concept of Islamic democracy as follows. Islamic democracy means Shari`a, which is based on the Quran and Hadith, and the democracy based on Islamic politics and political thought. Of course, this definition can have a variety of counter-arguments. However, this study covers a wide definition of Islamic democracy and founds the detailed theories about Islamic democracy through Islamic politics. I am sure that this approach will help to have the bright future for democracy in Arab world.
