국문초록
지속적인 경제성장으로 중국의 에너지 및 전력 수요는 큰 폭으로 증가하였고, 이에 따른 공해 문제도 새롭게 부각되었다. 중국 정부는 에너지 소비와 공해를 동시에 줄이고자 여러 정책을 실시하였다. 중국의 1차 에너지 믹스를 살펴보면 줄어드는 추세를 보이기는 하지만 석탄 위주로 되어 있다. 공해 문제를 해결하고자 중국은 신재생에너지 생산에 관심을 기울여 2011년 에너지 설비의 8.8%를 신재생에너지가 담당하였다. 산업별 에너지 혹은 전력 소비를 살펴보면 1차 산업 비중이 줄어들고, 3차 산업의 비중이 늘어나고 있다. 중국의 신재생에너지 산업은 대표적으로 풍력발전과 태양광발전을 들 수 있다. 한국 기업 가운데 한국전력공사의 내몽고, 감숙 지방의 풍력발전 투자 사업은 긍정적으로 판단된다. 향후 한국 기업들이 중국의 신재생에너지 시장에 진출하려면 중국의 대규모 국영기업들과 합작 형태로 진출하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 예측된다.
영문초록
As demand for energy and electricity in China has risen rapidly, driven by massive economic growth, the china has the environmental pollution problems. The chinese government has adopted a policy for reduce the energy consumption and pollution. The primary energy mix is dominated by coal which tends to decrease. As the renewable energy(wind, solar PV) share increases quickly, renewable energy in 2011 supplied an estimated 8.8% of chinese final energy consumption. A primary industry has accounted for a smaller and smaller share of energy and electric consumptions. Shares of a tertiary industry energy and electric consumptions have risen from 9.4%, 6.2% in 1990 to 14.3%, 10.7% respectively in 2010. China has led the world in the installation of wind turbines and has been the top manufacturer of solar PV modules. Environmental protection and reduced energy use are focus areas in the 12th Five-year plan. As a good example of Korean investment is the KEPCO`s wind power in Neimenggu and Gansu, it is desirable that Korean enterprises invest in joint venture with big chinese enterprises or chinese state owned enterprises.
