국문초록
이 글은 고려대학교 CJ법학관 준공을 계기로 고려법학 106년의 회고와 전망을 민법 분야에서 정리한 것이다. ``고려법학``은 세 가지 의미를 가진다. 우선 ``학술지로서의 고려법학``이 있고, 다음으로는 ``학교로서의 고려 법학``, 그리고 ``학문공동체로서의 고려법학``으로 나누어 생각할 수 있다. 이 글에서는 학술지로서 고려법학에 나타난 민법학의 논제들을 살펴보고, 다음으로 학교로서의 고려대 법대에서 역대 민법 교수들의 연구업적을 정리한다. 마지막으로 학문공동체로서의 고려법학으로서 고려대 출신의 많은 민법 학자들과 실무가들의 연구업적을 살펴봄으로서 학파로서의 고려법학의 발전적 형성가능성을 생각해 본다.
영문초록
This article is a tentative extensive bibliography of the Korea University civil law scholars commemorating the dedication of CJ Law Hall. The author suggests the three aspects of ``Korea University Law`` which are KU Law as a journal, KU Law as faculty members, and KU Law as alumni. According to these aspects, this bibliography covers most of KU Law Review articles on civil law, articles, books and main researches of KU Law faculty members and KU Law alumni scholars on civil law area.
